I had double eyelid surgery, eye correction, and upper and lower canthoplasty, and it's been 6 years and it's still holding up really well. I had a really severe asymmetry, and one eye was sagging a lot because I used a lot of eyelid tape and glue, so it had really stretched out. It was honestly at the level of a wink, and just looking at it made my eyes feel uncomfortable, but they corrected the asymmetry well, and other people can't really tell that I have uneven eyes. But I do not recommend canthoplasty. Three years later I had four-direction canthoplasty, and they said that the upper and lower inner corners had barely opened there.
