I visited with high expectations. First of all, the environment is extremely comfortable, yes. But from reception onward, the waiting time was much longer than I expected, and there was almost no guidance about the progress in the middle. T_T The staff's response felt more like so-so than kind..? Not kind, but not rude either. I had a few questions I was curious about, but rather than giving detailed explanations, they just answered briefly and moved on. The appointment ended faster than I expected, so it was complete
