The clinic manager was kind, but somehow it felt like she would suddenly change if I asked for a refund of the reservation deposit. I consulted with Director Baek Jung-jae, and he said some areas did not seem necessary, recommending things in a truly non-excessive way. I was very grateful that he explained everything kindly and without rushing. Still, he is rather young, so I am conflicted T_T
