I couldn't stand the summer heat and finally had reduction surgery haha. Before the surgery, even a short walk would leave me sweaty, and my shoulders and neck were constantly stiff T_T Exercise was uncomfortable too, so I always gave up, but now it really feels so relieving haha. Since the size is smaller, my body shape looks more balanced too, and I actually enjoy getting dressed haha. Especially because I don't need to wear a compression bra anymore, it's so comfortable, and there are no marks left haha. Looking back now, I'm satisfied to the point of wondering why I didn't do it sooner.
