First of all, the director was so gentle, kind, and soft-spoken.. truly the best of all the clinics I went to. At other clinics, there was a tendency to tell me everything at a glance and end the consultation right away, but here they observed me carefully first and then nailed it exactly. It was amazing that they accurately identified my asymmetry and even the characteristics of one eye alone. They didn't pressure me into other procedures like canthoplasty, and only told me exactly what I needed, They drew several possible lines for me, and they really made them beautifully. The manager was also kind, and I liked that there was no pressure to pay a deposit. More than anything, the director was warm like a father, and that was the best part.
