The facilities were clean, and the counter staff were unfriendly. But the consultation manager was very kind. The nurses were also very kind, and the atmosphere inside seemed pretty good? There was no consultation with the doctor, so it seemed like a factory-style place. I had originally planned to get chin Botox too, but after I told them when I had had it done before, the manager said it would be better to get it next time~~ so they told me what they recommended and what they didn't. I wish the counter staff were a bit kinder. It was my first time there, and even the guidance and such
