The reviews looked good, but during the doctor consultation it felt too insincere. The manager was kind and fine, but the director didn’t seem to be consulting professionally so much as being confident that he was good at it, more like, "Oh, just do it like this and that and it’ll be fine." I thought about it, then gave up because of the bad reviews
