The first thing I felt when I visited the clinic was that the facility had a friendly feel, and thanks to the pleasant environment my nervousness eased considerably. From reception to guidance, all the staff who helped me were kind, so I got a good impression even before the consultation. The consultation with the director was very impressive; rather than imposing his own aesthetic standards unilaterally, he kept asking what kind of ideal look the patient had in mind
