The consultation was really kind and detailed. It felt like a real doctor-professor with strong expertise. Rather than giving me a one-size-fits-all consultation, they explained things after looking at the structure of my eyes and forehead, which I liked. I made the surgery appointment and left a deposit, but due to a staff mistake the schedule got messed up and was moved to the next day, so I took off one star for that.
