When I went for a consultation for nose surgery, they honestly told me that because of the characteristics of a short nose, if I had surgery there could be a side effect of nostril upturn due to insufficient skin. To help me understand the surgical process better, they kindly showed me the shape of the nose and explained it. I was disappointed that I couldn't see many before-and-after photos.
