The process went in the order: coordinator - doctor - coordinator. As soon as I sat down in front of the doctor, he asked questions unrelated to the surgery. Am I married? Why not? He said he couldn’t show before-and-after photos, and that since they were other people’s eyes anyway, I should just go home and try drawing the line myself in the mirror.
