The consultation manager was kind! In my job I meet a lot of doctors, and this felt like the typical doctor's attitude: lots of patients, lots of surgeries, so their skill is at least somewhat verified, but they aren't especially interested in the patient lol Not necessarily a bad thing, though (if the result is good). Put another way, they seem to be the type who only says what needs to be said. They were absolutely not the kind of person who is kind or meticulous. What was disappointing was just that there seems to be a CT machine right in front, but they don't do a scan before the consultation? They said you have to open it up to know how much septal cartilage there is, so that seems a bit worrying.
