A close acquaintance who had surgery first did well, so I got surgery too. Maybe because the nose shape I already had was different, the result was just so-so. The surgery included silicone, ear cartilage, and alar reduction. The bulbous-nose improvement was almost nonexistent, and the tip drooped badly. One side also ended up looking a bit pinched. It seems okay that they don’t put in packing and let you sit up during surgery to check the height.
