I heard that Director Kim had been doing a lot of revision surgeries for a long time, and at first he seemed to prefer a somewhat refined look. But when I said I wanted something more glamorous, he redid the line, and it seemed like he was actually good at that glamorous style too. Here they said they would replace the silicone, but that using only septal cartilage and ear cartilage would be enough. He said if I wanted to use rib cartilage, I could, but it was unnecessary.
