I had surgery about 3 years ago, before the clinic changed its name. I can't remember the doctor's name, but a friend had alar reduction and cartilage fixation and it turned out well, so I followed and had surgery too. I only had alar reduction, and after the procedure it felt unnatural and bothered me, but as time passed the scar tissue softened and the nose shape became natural, so I'm satisfied now!! I recommend it for people who want to only slim down the nostrils a bit and make them more refined. The cost at that time was also 1
