I had my first surgery, and then had revision surgery because the alar base became asymmetrical and the tip of my nose sagged. I also filed down the dorsal hump. I wanted a septal strut at the tip of my nose, but the doctor insisted on using silicone, so when I said okay, all that got added was a foreign body and the tip of my nose is still the same. The alar base is also severely crooked.
