About 6 months ago, I developed a scar from a procedure, and I could not go out without a mask, so I visited for a consultation to remove the scar. I first consulted with the manager, then with the surgeon, and the price was discussed again with the manager. The surgeon did not give any extra explanation unless I asked questions, and just said surgery could be done, but it might not be enough with one session. That was all. When I mentioned that the scar area still had hard scar tissue
