The doctor has a huge amount of pride in his own aesthetic sense. But in my opinion, men should not get surgery here. The eyes become kind of cute. For men, they should be a little less handsome if anything, but still have that masculine feel, and here they end up with cute eyes. If you want a gentle look, then maybe... yeah. And I agree with his sense of aesthetics. What I remember is that looking pretty is important, but an image that feels classy is more important. He hates anything that feels cheap, no-no (he dislikes cat-like, hot-girl vibes). If you listen to him talk, the eyes and noses he pursues feel like copy-paste.
