There was no separate consultation fee, and after waiting I had a CT scan, then waited again and consulted with the director. The director looked at the CT and said I had a deviated septum and rhinitis, so they recommended functional rhinoplasty. I wasn’t planning to do functional rhinoplasty, and other hospitals said it wasn’t necessary. After meeting the doctor, it was a quick consultation. I was explaining my existing nose surgery method, and they cut me off saying I didn’t need it, as if my nose wouldn’t turn out properly unless I got autologous costal cartilage. They strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage.
