Even though I had made an appointment and went, I waited 1 hour ... It turned out that for the 9:30 slot they don't just see one person, but schedule consultations for several people at the same time. The director even drew pictures on an iPad and explained the materials carefully, but it felt like they only answered what was asked. I think they do about 3 surgeries a day, and even though I went on a weekday morning, there were several patients waiting, and it seemed like there was surgery scheduled in the morning so
