They are not especially friendly when they talk, but I liked that they were honest about what can and cannot be done. If you keep asking questions about things you are curious about, they answer everything. During the consultation, when they did not understand a question, they did look a bit surprised and asked for an example, but I would have preferred a kinder attitude. Still, it felt less like they were being rude and more like they genuinely wanted to know what I meant. I thought my eyes would not end up ruined if I got it done here, but what I wanted
