Several years ago I went to consult after hearing only good things from someone nearby who had surgery, and ended up booking quickly and having the operation, but I still regret not just going to another large breast-specialist hospital .. The price was expensive, but they do nothing at all for aftercare. I think I got one radiofrequency laser treatment for scar care.. after that, there was nothing else. I had an inframammary incision, and the scar still remains as a clear white line. The hospital facilities are also old, and there are no aftercare machines or facilities at all. There is an older manager who has been there a long time. At first she seems kind, but there is absolutely no postoperative care and no interest at all. The front desk staff are just average, and only the operating-room nurses seem kind? There is no anesthesiologist, so they cannot do general anesthesia, which is why they recommend submuscular placement no matter what. People without much body fat cannot help but look very obvious after surgery. When I looked at it, the implant shape looked too obvious, and even now, several years later, it does not look natural and I do not like it.. If I have revision surgery next time, I want dual plane. There are no particular side effects, so I am just living with it. The price is not cheap, and the hospital aftercare is not good either, so I recommend going to a larger hospital with similar pricing. Oh, and they do not use a compression bra or drains, which does not seem good. After surgery I was extremely swollen, but I thought it was just swelling; it turned out to be blood pooling, so after a few days they reopened one breast and washed it out.. T_T
