The chief director had such a great impression that I remember it clearly. I was very nervous going in for a breast consultation, but the director smiled a lot, so I felt fairly comfortable during the consultation lol. I went because I heard the director also specializes in revision surgery, and after the consultation I could definitely feel that they had a lot of experience.
