I went because I also wanted correction for a crooked septum and was told the doctor was an ENT specialist. Since it was the first hospital I had ever gone to for a rhinoplasty consultation, that may have played a part, but the explanation did not feel especially kind. The surgeon was blunt and gave off a vibe like, 'I'll take care of it for you.' I wanted a natural line, but I think the doctor's preferred style was a bit more glamorous than purely natural. It did not really feel like communication was flowing well, so I will not be having the surgery.
