I had a consultation for a bulbous nose. Because my protruding mouth is a complex for me, I mainly talked about correcting the nasolabial angle, but they said my protruding mouth is not as severe as I thought. They said that if the nose is raised, the mouth will naturally come up with it and be corrected, but instead the midface looked sunken, so they recommended paranasal augmentation too, which surprised me. I didn't know I had rhinitis, but after looking at the CT, they said I would need a functional procedure too, so I'm thinking it over.
