The director was really good. There are many cases where corner-of-mouth surgery fails, so before doing it I was really worried and tried hard to gather as much information as I could, even if there was not much available. I only went to consultations here, and the director understood exactly what I wanted and did it well. When I said I only wanted the mouth corners done because I was scared of making the outer philtrum area go wrong, they kept it to an extremely minimal amount. But maybe a little more would have looked nicer. Scar tissue formed near the mouth corners, but it can be covered with makeup, and scar injections
