The consultation manager was so kind, and the director's detailed explanation was also very good. In particular, the consultation manager answered all my questions in such detail that she felt like the older sister next door. But the other staff were rude Every time I asked a question, they looked like they had bitten into something bitter, and I kept wondering if I had done something wrong. Also, they do pressure you to reserve on the day, but they said a refund is possible, so I put down a deposit and went around to consult at other hospitals
