I went for a consultation first, and both the doctor and the person who consulted with me were kind. The doctor's consultation ended quickly, but I felt reassured because the clinic had been open for a long time. However, the reduction surgery seemed fine, but I saw a few bad reviews here and on Gangnam Unni regarding the lifting procedure, so I'm torn T_T
