I went in because I was worried about facial fat, and the surgeon kindly explained everything and the effect was really clear, so I was very happy! Be sure to think of all the things you are curious about and ask them~ They answered all my questions!! Overall, the hospital facilities were clean and I was completely satisfied with the surgery. At other hospitals, I had heard concerns about facial sagging from things like lifting the face or tying up the muscles, but I liked that Face Tight was said to have a facial tightening effect too.
