I had my first surgery as a buried suture procedure, but as it loosened and became a double-fold issue, I couldn't not get revision surgery T_T If I don't have a double-eyelid line, my eyes get smaller and smaller, haha. I wanted the revision to be buried suture too! But if it's incisional, the swelling is a problem. At other places, they said it had to be incisional only T_T But here they said both buried suture and incisional were possible, so I chose the buried-suture method! Just because it's incisional doesn't mean it won't come undone
