First of all, the director explained things extremely professionally and very well. He looked at it and analyzed my facial asymmetry and uneven eyes right away, then told me the surgical method that would fit that. He told me clearly that it would probably be impossible without incision. But I felt the consultation atmosphere was a bit stiff, and I was surprised when he even suggested an inner corner procedure I had not even considered.
