The consultation with the director was very good. But wherever you go, the staff seems a bit ambiguous. I mean... it's a job, so I try to understand, but it would probably be hard for people who are very shy? The same-day reservation discount was pretty big. I have decided to get the surgery here for now, but I am so nervous
