I only had a consultation. Even though I had made a reservation in advance, the waiting time was long. And the whole building was a hospital.. there were also a lot of patients coming from other countries, and it felt kind of like a factory, though I guess that shows how famous it is. It can't be helped if it's a large hospital. But Dr. Kim Gi-gap explained things extremely, extremely thoroughly and was very kind during the consultation, which I liked. I asked a lot of questions, and he showed me a series of photos of the surgical results from patients with cases similar to mine, which was helpful. But the doctor did seem very busy..
