The interior had a dark, upscale feel. The desk staff were chatting and laughing, so I felt uneasy, and sure enough, once I was shown into the room, the staff member who came in to help me was rude and unfriendly. Still, that person was neither the counselor who would discuss prices nor the surgeon who would actually perform the operation, so I thought maybe it did not matter, but it was annoying enough that they should improve it.
