First, if you get it from the chief surgeon, it's charged at the revision-surgery price. The consultation was so good that I put down a deposit right away. Even without me saying anything, they pinpointed all the parts I was worried about and guessed the direction I wanted exactly, which surprised me. Kind of like a fortune teller.. The surgery result is really natural. I did it in secret from my family.. it is so unnoticeable that my family doesn't know. That said, from my point of view it is definitely different, and natural was what I wanted, so
