The director and all the staff were really kind. Especially because my nose is difficult, the director spent a very long time in consultation. They also carefully looked at things I didn't even ask about and explained them to me. While designing, I could see their professionalism, so I felt I could trust them. The staff also never pushed for booking or anything like that, and they consulted well on the necessary parts. I'm going around to several hospitals for nose surgery consultations, and this is really a good hospital
