The consultation manager really asks about everything: where I went to compare clinics before, what I liked, what I wanted, and what I was hesitant about. I actually felt less trust because it seemed like they were shaping an image by tailoring everything too much to the patient. The consultation expertise was good for both the manager and the director, and especially the manager seemed to have strong cosmetic surgery knowledge. They were good at making an eye-level diagnosis too. The director also listened and kept shaping the result as they went. Anyway
