The managers seem to want to get into a power struggle with the patient, but it's not too severe. They talk in a way that feels impatient. The doctor and the manager both seem to like reducing a lot of cheekbone volume. The person who removed the stitches after surgery didn't look very experienced. I still don't know because the swelling hasn't gone down yet, but I feel disappointed because it doesn't seem like a dramatic effect. They told me to bring the surgery fee in cash. The staff aren't especially kind. They still haven't shown me the CT ... The place where they manage swelling at the hospital smells bad and the facilities aren't good.....
