I had a nose consultation this month. The outside of the building looked very old, but inside was unexpectedly neat and nice. Also, maybe because the director has a lot of surgical experience, he explained my nose in detail and told me how the surgery should be done. And he also told me something I didn't even know myself, that I had rhinitis. But I really did have rhinitis, and after hearing the symptoms, haha.
