I'll be totally honest and write all the pros and cons. It’s been 6 months since my contour surgery. I had cheekbone reduction, and I went ahead because they said there would be no bone removal. Recently I started thinking about double-jaw surgery, so I went to consult at other places and heard other doctors’ opinions about my cheekbone contour. They said there was probably room to reduce more. They also said the back part of one cheekbone was fixed only with a fixation pin and asked whether there was no clicking sound. There isn’t! They said there’s no functional problem, so it’s fine. I was worried about sagging, so I chose the no-bone-removal method.
