Very satisfied. They made my face shape exactly as I Photoshop-ed it. I asked for the cheekbones to be very slightly rounded into an egg-shaped feel rather than a straight, flat cheekbone line. For the first few weeks, the side cheekbones felt rounder than I expected, so I had a little regret thinking it would have been better if they had been pulled in but that was swelling!! As time passed and the swelling went down, the line became exactly like the photo I brought in from Photoshop, with only a very slight roundness. If you have a long face, consider making the cheekbones slightly rounded when viewed from the front. I had almost no side effects. The nerves and sensation were fine, recovery was quick. The manager was kind and nice. The doctor checked my progress well and even came in to check on me the night of surgery. The before-and-after difference was dramatic by my standards, so I am very satisfied, but it was a hard surgery, so think carefully and get it done at a safe place. And the pain was truly the worst. But if I had to do it again, I would.
