I went for a consultation because of double eyelid surgery, and as soon as they looked at my eyes, they marked the line and said I would only need a subtle inner double eyelid. I asked whether I needed canthoplasty, and they said my eyes did not need it. When I asked whether there was a lot of fat above the eyes, they said it was because I am young. When I asked about the distance between my eyes and eyebrows, they said that unless I was going to set the crease very high, it was not necessary.
