I visited because I heard the director was skilled in revision and reconstructive surgery. The staff were kind, and even though the director was busy, he explained things well and told me to ask anything I was curious about. He told me that with noses, either you leave them alone from the start, or if you have surgery, the shape can change over time with aging too. I also liked how realistic his answers were.
