I had consulted here before, but they had expanded a lot. I went because I liked the before-and-after photos. They’re really good at difficult bulbous noses too, so I went with high expectations. When they looked at my nose, they said various surgical methods would be needed. They told me to ask if I had any questions and the consultation ended quickly. In a later consultation with the director, they talked about donated costal cartilage, autologous dermis, silicone, ear cartilage, and septal cartilage. I wanted to do it with the minimum materials possible, but too many materials were being used. When I asked, they said my nose would only turn out well if it were done that way, but I’m not sure. I didn’t like the scar from autologous dermis on the buttock, and rib cartilage was a burden, so I gave up on it.
