The consultant explained things more professionally than the director did. For the square jaw behind the ear, they said that during surgery they would pull it up similar to a lift and then stitch it. The director's consultation felt somehow empty, without substance. Safety and naturalness are my top priorities, but the vibe was more like, "If we're doing it, we might as well do it this far too~" so I probably won't get surgery here.
