I went for a remote consultation. They said only what was necessary, just like in the videos. Following the staff's guidance, I finished preparing for the remote consultation within 10 to 20 minutes, and it took about 4 to 5 weeks to receive the video. I was able to clearly understand whether the cause of my flaw could be solved by surgery or not, and it was very helpful in deciding whether to keep living like this or try surgery. It's a really big concern, but realistically the way forward is
