I went in with really high expectations because it was said to be famous, but the consultation felt rushed and like they were trying to hand me off to the deputy director. The deputy director also seemed like they had only just started there... I felt no trust at all and was disappointed. And the wait during the consultation was terrible, so when I asked, I got an absurd answer that the director was in surgery and a consultation today would be difficult. But I still had time later, so I said I would wait, and then I had the consultation.
