They explain things very thoroughly and are extremely kind. First they take a CT scan and then look at the inside of the nose while consulting in detail. They explain what the problem inside the nose is, and as you listen, you start thinking, ah, so that’s why I... And then suddenly they recommend an augmentation rhinoplasty, and it seems they prefer a natural but pretty result over something excessive.
