Director Yoon Ji-han was so kind. I even went back for a second consultation, and he listened to everything without showing any annoyance or tiredness at all. He explained the surgery method in detail, matching my asymmetry and how each side would be approached. He also took a picture of my face and compared it with the CT scan to explain what the surgical result would look like. He was so kind that my satisfaction with the consultation was very high!! The manager also considered my situation a lot.
