I went there with high expectations after reading the hospital introduction post, but I was completely disappointed. They said the doctor was very kind and would explain things in detail, but it felt like everything was rushed and done with no sincerity, as if they already had surgery scheduled. I barely had time to ask a single question before being handed off to the consultation manager after about 5 minutes, at least by feeling. I wondered if I had done something wrong. I had worked up my resolve and came from a long distance, so it was so empty and bewildering. Right after the hospital doors opened, something felt strange
